VIETNAM VISA ON ARRIVAL

Visa on Arrival (VOA) is one of the easiest ways to obtain a visa to Vietnam without visiting an embassy or consulate before your trip. The visa will be stamped directly on your passport when you arrive at one of Vietnam’s international airports.

This type of visa is normally valid for up to 30 days and can be extended after entering Vietnam. Please note that Visa on Arrival is only applicable for travelers arriving by air.

Who can use this service

This service is suitable for travelers who:

• Live in countries where there is no Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate
• Need to travel to Vietnam urgently and do not have time to apply for a visa in advance

How to apply

Once we receive your information, we will apply for an Approval Letter from the Vietnam Immigration Department in Hanoi.

A copy of the Visa Approval Letter will be sent to you by email. When arriving in Vietnam, please present this document to the Immigration Officer at the airport together with two passport-size photos to receive your visa stamp.

Normal service – Single entry visa (30 days)
Processing time: 3–5 working days

• 1 – 2 persons: US$20 / person
• 3 – 5 persons: US$15 / person
• 6 – 9 persons: US$12 / person

Normal service – Multiple entry visa (30 days)
Processing time: 3–5 working days

• 1 – 2 persons: US$30 / person
• 3 – 5 persons: US$25 / person
• 6 – 9 persons: US$22 / person

Express service (1 – 2 working days)

• 1 – 2 persons: US$50 / person
• 3 – 5 persons: US$45 / person
• 6 – 9 persons: US$40 / person

⚠️ Important:
The above service fee does not include the visa stamping fee paid directly at the airport:

• Single entry visa: US$25
• Multiple entry visa: US$50

Special note for U.S. passport holders

For U.S. citizens, Vietnam currently issues one-year multiple-entry visas. The visa application fee is US$40 per person, excluding the stamping fee of US$135 per person, which must be paid directly to the Immigration Office upon arrival.
